“I hope you find inspiration in this book as you realise buckets of reward from being connected.”
Raised on a dairy farm in country Victoria, Kylie Treble grew up surrounded by nature, her keen eye and inquiring mind driving a constant source of curiosity inspired learning. Early in her education, to formalise her curiosity, she swapped gumboots for flats to study horticulture at Melbourne University’s Burnley campus. Qualified she moved to the floriculture industry, working at producing cut flower gerberas in the Dandenong ranges. As opportunities arose she branched into horticultural lecturing and acquired a Distance Education qualification through Deakin University. Leaving the city she moved back to rural Victoria to run a successful agricultural contracting business and begin a family. More recently Kylie has returned boots and all to plant pursuits beginning a permaculture farm and learning facility. Her love of learning never far away, in 2015 she completed a Master of Arts in Ecologically Sustainable Development through Murdoch University. Healthy food and most particularly cooking and preparing it for those whose path she crosses has been a constant throughout Kylie’s journey. This book is a mark in time representing the culmination of Kylie’s years of practicing, observing, learning and nurturing natural connections proven vital to the well-being of all.
